This project involved expanding a existing single-family home with a rear extension with the addition of a third floor, complete with a roof deck. The entire interior was developed, including updates to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and finishes, while preserving the integrity of the existing brick structure. The objective was to modernize the home and enhance its functionality and living space.
